Lastovo
Lastovo island is situated south of the island of Korcula and NNE of the harbor Vieste in Italy. For many years it served as a military island and yachts (sailing yachts, catamarans, motor boats and gulets) are allowed to visit it since 15 years ago.
Mainly because of this and its geographical location or let's say its remoteness, Lastovo is still an unspoiled island. In 2006, Lastovo and its surrounding islands have been declared as national parks belonging to Lastovo Otočje National Park. Yachts are permitted but there is a daily fee every person needs to pay.
On the island, there is just one main harbor in Velji Lago Port where you can find a quay and anchorage. Also, there are several other available anchorages at Mali Lago, Zaklopatnica, and Skrivena Luka.
